REFUND POLICY

1. Appointment Cancellation
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • More than 24 hours: No charge

  • Less than 24 hours: May incur a cancellation fee or forfeiture
     

2. No-Show Policy
Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will result in full forfeiture of the booking.

3. Refunds
All completed treatments are non-refundable.
Refunds may only be considered under the following conditions:

  • Service could not be delivered due to operational issues

  • Booking errors caused by our system
     

4. Packages / Promotions
Packages or promotional purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable unless stated otherwise.

5. Product Returns (if applicable)
Products may be returned within 7 days if:

  • Item is unused and in original condition

  • Item is defective or incorrect

Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable unless the error is on our side.

6. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.
